Tourism help the existent of culture

Om swastiastu,

Good morning ladies and gentleman, the most respectful juries’, the committee of speech contest who I respectfully, the participants, and all of the spectators. Firstly, lets say thanks to God, because of the God’s clemency, we can gather in this place, SMKN 3 Denpasar to do the speech contest programmed. 

In this speech contest, from the topic “tourism linking culture”, I’ll bring a speech with the title “tourism help the existent of culture”. At first, I will explain what the tourism is?, tourism is travel for recreational, leisure, or business purposes, and the tourist is people who travel to stay in place outside their usual environment for more than 24 hours and not more than one consecutive year for leisure, business, and other purpose not related to the exercise of an activity remunerated from within the place visited.

Tourism has been existing in Indonesia especially in Bali. I take Bali for example of this topic, because Bali is our home, easier to understand our place. We feel the impact of tourism now, such as in development and existent of culture. Almost every day we see foreigners enjoy their holiday in Bali, why they prefer to visit Bali for their vacation, because Bali has many interesting places and cultures. They want to see them and many people in the world too. It proof that the tourism also supports the existent of culture, because without their participants, Bali will never been famous as this time in the world. So, we must keep, protect, and maintain our culture. Tourism industry also requires the culture in their promotion purposes. It can be the first power of attraction for tourist.

Ladies and gentleman, there are 3 reasons to explain how and why the tourism can help the existent of culture:

1.    Firstly, because our culture is different with the culture in their state and the culture in other province in Indonesia. Because of it, they want to know more about our culture. So, more tourists who come to visit Bali is the best way to introduce our culture to the world. We are grateful because we born in the most beautiful island in the world. It makes us to try all efforts to keep everlasting of our culture. If we don’t build it, the tourist will lose their interested to visiting Bali. What for they visit Bali without anything unique or unusual that they can see, right! We have a unique culture, we should maintain ours in order to keep the tourist don’t lost their interested culture, because our culture brings many positive impact in our life journey and future.

2.    Secondly, because of the unique culture we have, therefore many people from many different countries come to Bali especially want to learn our culture. Such as learn traditional cooking, learn traditional dance, music, and also interested in doing blessing temple ceremonies and purification, we have spirit and interested to do it because many tourist will watch them, they enjoy that. It makes we feel proud of our culture, an example when we create “Melasti ceremony” in Padang Galak Beach, and when occur the “Pandanus beats performance” in Tenganan village, many tourist visit that place and the Balinese people will show the best as they can do, other than it is their tradition, their village be the one of famous tourist object in Bali, they take many photos for eternal the moment.

3.    Thirdly, because the government can get more income from the tourist. It used to development Bali island. As we know that the tourists are very interested in with our beautiful nature and culture, so the government will make more touris facilities to participate to keep everlasting with our culture. An example in Denpasar created “Art Center” or “Bali Arts Festival” every year to promotion the traditional product of Bali. Like original weave textile from Tenganan and paintings with various Bali motives. From that event government can get more tax and in that event everyone can enjoy Bali traditional dance, traditional music, and many performance that related with Balinese culture and its development.

That is my reasons, now, we can think about advantages and positive impact to the culture’s development from tourism. Tourism also brings the new cultures that we can combination with our culture if it compatible with our ideal standard and norm. like Blaring sound excluded by gong instrument estimate to originate from mainland China has adapted to be a ritual music for hundreds of years. Its presence has enriched the music of Bali and it’s expected to encourage the multicultural spirit and creativity of Balinese artist.

Okay, from my argument above we can conclude that the tourism give us the motivation to keep everlasting of our culture. Because we have different culture, we must learn more about our culture, and from the culture and tourism the government can get more tax. Because of that we as the young generation must have responsibility of our culture. We know, many teenagers in Bali have desire to the tourism industry.

Culture is a heritage that can we use to developing Bali’s tourism. Bali is most popular tourist destination in the world, Bali for few years awards as the world best island by “The International Travel Magazines”. However, are still many people who don’t know in depth about the uniqueness of Balinese culture. Life in Bali always related to “Tri Hita Karana” of a tripartite concept that includes the spiritual relationship between human, God, and their environment.

The rapid growth of development in tourism has had a big impact and influences to Bali tradition and lifestyle. Interestingly, Balinese culture is still as what was growing along with the globalization. It is the Balinese civilization what makes the island different from other destination. We also need to increase the clean and safe environment.

At last, I apologize if when I explain my speech there is the words that make you hurt. This is my last argument. I hope what I say in above can brings more advantages in your life. Thank you, and have a nice day.

PESAN DARI ALAM

Percayalah kalian jika pada suatu saat nanti air bersih akan menjadi sesuatu yang lebih berharga dari emas. Percayalah kalian bahwa suatu saat nanti takkan ada banyak pohon, kita akan membayar udara yang kita hirup, dan semua orang hanya akan berumur maksimal 50 tahun.

Jika dilihat dari keadaan sekarang, aku percaya. Bagaimana tidak, setiap orang bahkan melewatkan berita tentang lingkungan. saat ini semua orang lebih memilih memiliki banyak harta daripada teman. 

Coba kalian pikirkan, pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin meledak hingga di pulau kecil sekalipun, pembangunan yang tidak memperhatikan lingkungan, pemerintah bisa saja mengijinkan suatu proyek pembangunan dengan omset milyaran rupiah perbulannya berjalan, tapi apakah dipikirkan dampaknya. 

Pola hidup masyarakat yang sangat terikat pada harta dan kemewahan, itu semua hanya bisa kita nikmati sekarang. Tapi suatu saat nanti, saat pohon tidaklah banyak, saat air sangat sulit kita dapat, barulah semua orang akan sadar akan apa mereka. Mengapa mereka sebagai generasi penerus tidak menjaga harta yang lebih berharga dari emas,yaitu lingkungan lestari.

Jika kita mau, kita pasti bisa, mungkin saat ini belum banyak terlihat dampak riilnya untuk kita, karena sebagian besar masalah lingkungan hanya dianggap masalah sepele oleh masyarakat, tapi suatu saat nanti, saat tak ada apapun yang dapat kita ubah dari hidup kita ini, barulah kita akan menyesal...

Jika kalian memikirkan betapa mengerikannya hidup seperti itu, maka mulai sekarang jagalah lingkungan kalian, bangkitkan semangat masyarakat untuk menjaga lingkungan, dan mengembalikan kehijauan lingkungan kita yang akan menjadi tempat kita bernaung di hari tua nanti.

Karena yang dapat mengubah masa depan kita hanyalah....."kita bersama"

Kelas percepatan

Kelas percepatan

Mungkin ada beberapa orang yang belum tahu mengenai kelas percepatan, kelas percepatan adalah suatu kelas yang dimana siswa-siswanya mengejar materi lebih cepat. Jadi 2 tahun saja sudah lulus. Jika ada yang ingin masuk kelas percepatan ada syarat-syaratnya tentunya, sampai saat ini hanya beberapa sekolah saja di Indonesia yang ada kelas percepatannya. 

 

Biasanya setelah diterima di sekolah tertentu, siswa-siswa yang ingin masuk kelas percepatan didaftar dan di tes. Fasilitas kelas percepatan umumnya lebih lengkap daripada kelas reguler, seperti berisi TV, AC, atau lainnya. 

 

dikelas percepatan jangan terlalu dibuat stress, tidak jarang anak kelas percepatan itu juga, penggila game, komik, novel, film, atau hobi olah raga. jadi gak belajar aja everyday everywhere, hahahah....

Jadi jangan takut masuk kelas percepatan ya, lebih cepat lulus, dan nambah pengalaman ^^

       hari yang melelahkan sepulang sekolah, aku tertidur dikamarku sambil mendengarkan musik, tiba-tiba hp ku berbunyi, “tid”,

Ada sebuah nomor tak dikenal mengirim sms padaku, akupun membalas sms itu, ternyata dia adalah Leo, teman satu lesku, aku les disebuah lembaga, dan aku juga sekelas dengannya, semenjak itu ia selalu sms aku, setiap hari ia menanyakan keadaanku, aku pun merasa dekat dengannya, setiap pulang les, aku selalu ditunggunya dan kami pun pulang bersama, dia menjadi teman curhatku, setiap masalah sekolah aku ceritaka padanya,dia adalah sahabatku.

Kau bukanlah angin yang berjalan bersamaku

Kau bukanlah air yang mengalir dalam darahku

Tapi kau adalah insan yang menghidupkanku

Tepian sunyi menghantarku padamu

Dalam risau saat hujan menghujam langkahku

Dan saat kujatuh dengan saat ketidakpastian

Saat itu kau datang

memikul pilu yang seharusnya kubawa sendiri

walau hidup ini adalah sebuah musibah untukku

dan kau ajarkan aku indahnya mentari yang bersinar

saat mimpi akan berlalu bersama waktu

saat itulah  harapan baru akan muncul
